On the weekend of October 11th, I will be walking 60 miles in 3 days to help women with undetected breast cancer find out early enough to survive. I will be joined by over 3000 additional women and men on the 60-mile walk from Bear Mountain to Manhattan in a remarkable event called the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day. It will be 72 hours of all-out commitment to the cause --a living, moving monument to the power of human kindness.
